You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Build Your Grind provides productivity planning tools, including scheduling, goal tracking, life-balance analysis, and an AI coaching assistant. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time as we develop the Service.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service or its security.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

You retain ownership of the content and data you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending relevant content to our AI providers to generate coaching responses and plans.

The AI coach and automated plans are provided for informational and motivational purposes only. They are not professional financial, medical, legal, or psychological advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make, and you should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Build Your Grind and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions of these Terms will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
