• Productivity data — the goals, schedules, life-balance allocations, time and money “sappers,” focus sessions, streaks, and reviews you create in the app.
• Coaching interactions — messages you exchange with the in-app AI coach.
• Payment information — if you subscribe, billing is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Technical data — basic session and device information needed to keep you logged in and to keep the Service secure.

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service, including your dashboards, schedules, and insights.
• Generate AI coaching responses and optimized plans based on the data you enter.
• Process subscriptions and manage your account.
• Communicate with you about your account, security, and important changes.
• Protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

Some features send the content you provide (such as your goals, schedule, and coach messages) to third-party AI service providers so we can generate coaching responses and optimized plans. We share only what is needed to produce those results, and we do not sell this content.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Service — such as our hosting, payment, messaging, and AI providers — and only to the extent needed to deliver those functions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your data within the app or request account deletion, after which we will remove or anonymize your personal information except where we are required to retain it by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transport and hashed passwords. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any issues that arise.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage most of your data directly in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
